The SCGE had our latest in-person consortium-wide meeting September 17th and 18th. The meeting was a great chance to hear updates from each project, have small and large-group discussions, and allow researchers to network and collaborate within the consortium. See a recap of the meeting below.

Day 1

Beginning of Day 1 of the Meeting

We had a poster session on day 1 where researchers from each SCGE project were invited to present a poster on some aspect of their SCGE-funded project. Below are a few of the presenters with their posters.

Day 2

Day 2 of the fall meeting was another opportunity to hear flash talks, the rest of the project talks, and some small and large-group discussions.

During the day we had small breakout groups meet to discuss unexpected challenges in this research. These conversations were a great way to find common issues among research projects and also share about new or unique obstacles and provide opportunities to brainstorm for solutions.
