Marcela Tabima, PhD

Marclea Tabima, PhD is a Principal Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a researcher on the SCGE project “The CRISPR Vision Program: Nonviral Genome Editing Platforms to Treat Inherited Retinal Channelopathies led by Dr. Kris Saha. In this interview, Dr. Tabima talks about how her and her team members’ diverse backgrounds help them collaborate to solve challenges as they work towards creating gene editing therapies to treat inherited eye diseases.
