Experiment: Testing new LNPs (lipid nanoparticles) for delivery of Fluc mRNA in adult mice
PI: Zheng-Yi Chen, PhD>
Description: Delivery of firefly luciferase mRNA via new Lipid NanoParticles by tail vein injection into WT C57BL/6J mice targeting the Liver and delivery is measured by luciferase expression.
Delivery Assays:
Delivery efficiency was calculated by whole body luciferase expression

In vivo luciferase assay for mRNA delivery. Selected LNPs were mixed with Fluc mRNA and injected into adult wild type mice via i.v. injection at 10 ug mRNA per mouse. The luciferase expression was evaluated 6 h later by live animal bioluminescence imaging. |
