Description: Genome editing activity of four Streptococcus Cas9s. Generation of insertions and deletions in the HBE promoter in HEK293T cells after co-transfection with plasmids encoding the respective Cas9 and corresponding sgRNA. Non-targeting values represent analysis of the region surrounding each targeting sgRNA in samples transfected with NT sgRNA.
Editing Assay:
Calculated editing efficiency by NGS sequencing at target site.
